Meet Surekha

My name is Surekha and I come from an Indian background. I have been on a spiritual healing path for as long as I can remember.

I was "gifted" with being sensitive and emotional from a very young age, and I now I realise that these are my biggest super powers!!! I can feel pain, I can connect with others who have been through "stuff" because I have walked that road of pain and that feeling of being so lost, not being able express what was wrong because I didn't know there was a problem but I knew something wasn't right !!

There was a "knowing " that there was something beautiful on the other side of my emotional trauma.

I woke up one day and realised there was a message in my pain. I had been programmed and it was so deeply embedded by my parents, my culture, the society and my own beliefs.

Once I learnt how to decode myself I was on the road to liberation. As I healed myself I unlocked the healer within me and began to help others awaken and to heal themselves.

Trauma which I had disregarded as something that just happened to me in the past, not realising the impact it on my whole life and being!! My health!!
